My leasing office keeps sending notices about residents dripping water and so forth. Honestly, I am not. I can care less if the pipes break, not my problem. I have renters insurance. I reviewed the clause regarding act of god and so forth. Spoke with my friend who is an attorney who informed its the leasing office’s responsibility to prevent pipes from busting. Perfect. I will obtain more from the settlement than my items are worth. I ain’t doing s**t but drinking hot chocolate and watching porn.

How is it my ex owes 40k in back support and still not facing any consequences? Able to find gainful employment, has stocks retirement accounts, savings, checking accounts and not facing any jail time. You can’t make this mess up! And please God don’t say, “HIRE AN ATTORNEY.” Been there, done that, and she ended up getting paid more than I ever received in back support.

How do yall deal with a hood neighbor in a nice neighborhood who BLAST THEIR MUSIC before 8a in the morning ON A Sunday? I reside in an apartment complex. Management doesn’t care, don’t even call the police, that’s a waste. So now what?

Someone please help. Yall please listen to my story. My family consists of four children. My Toyota Corolla needs to be repaired. The mechanic said I needed a new catalytic converter. I appeared in court this week regarding child support and visitation. Previously, I had an attorney and my divorce was almost finalized, but then it was dropped because of my attorney’s negligence. I had a mentally and physically abusive ex-husband. However, since I did not file charges, our son may have extended visitation. My ex abused me in front of our children, and will do so again with whomever he dates. Making me almost want to stay with him and endure his abuse since I would have been able to protect him somehow. On top of everything else, I was recently laid off from my job. My mom was also diagnosed with cancer this yr. What money I was able to save from income tax return, I have to place towards an attorney. Our case is 6/7/2022. Sorry post is so long.

I was informed I needed a new Catalytic converter. It wasn’t stolen just in need of a new one. I don’t have the money to have it replaced. Will the car hold up ok? 2014 Toyota Corolla. Honestly, not worried about an inspection sticker. I have that covered 🙂
