Question for anyone who has used Global Entry at IAH or HOU recently (or ever, really)
Hi. I was just recently conditionally approved for Global Entry. I need to finalize my application upon my return from my next international trip. I am currently planning to do that February. My plans having roundtrip IAH.
My question/concerns:
1- Does anyone know if they are closed on holidays? I am planning to arrive back in the US Monday February 20, which is President’s Day. I am concerned that I will not be able to complete my interview if they are closed.
2- Does anyone know if they are closed on Sundays? To avoid the issue above, I can come back on a Sunday, but then I don’t know if they are closed on Sundays.
I’ve tried calling the phone number listed on the CBP website but it just has a busy dial tone. Any help is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Finally found a working number to Houston IAH Global Entry. If you have conditional approval, you can do enrollment on arrival every day, regardless of holiday, from 8am – 8pm. They will strictly stop at 8pm so you must be processed before then.
