I'm looking at 1BR with balcony at the following places, in order of pricing. I'm really picking up on the vibe and location at sunrise, but Gables seems like it has the potential to be the lowest overall cost with slightly higher quality.

  • Closest commute to grocery & gym.

  • parking/traffic frustrations?
