HUGE 4 in Cockroach through the Chimney
Hi! I just bought a house in Houston and have no idea what’s normal after renting an apartment.
We have a chimney that’s open and has no cap.
Last night a HUGE 4 inch cockroach walked down it and into our living room. It was horrible.
Husband bravely killed it. We sprayed insecticide up the chimney.
I’m hoping for some help with understanding if this is normal?
When we moved in, we had a bug guy come and spray everything. This was less than a month ago. Should we be getting another bug guy, is just plug up the chimney and be done with it? I am worried that it’s part of a larger problem.
The bug itself was quite slow and seemed confused.
