Looking to Begin Subletting Venture
Hello fellow Houstonians! I am a 22 yr old soon to be college graduate here at UH, and I have been studying and researching the apartment market here in HTX for the last few months.
I filed and launched my LLC back in August; and will begin subletting within the Houston area, as I get in place to lease a corporate unit from an apartment; for my first unit and post for its availability. I am dedicated to providing affordable, mid-term housing options for those who are in need, and I am focused on successful market entry for my listing as well as guest experience, as I should.
I’m entering uncharted territory for myself, but am hungry for success and dedicated to position myself within this market. I am open to feedback or DM’s, as I want to connect with others within the space!
