Read MoreSo my teen living in Houston passed an online test at age 16, didn’t do anything else involving permits due to life circumstances, and turned 18. This was obviously a mistake.
At this point, I gather that they are supposed to take a 6 hour adult driving course. What I don’t understand is how they learn to drive on the roads without a learner’s permit. Am I dumb? Help me out here. What am I supposed to do in Houston to get them experience driving and get them on the road?
