COVID cautious restaurants in Houston?

Hi all,

I have some family coming to town and we are hoping to eat out once. One person who I want to include is very skeptical of eating out during the current covid situation, and I’m wondering if any one has any places where they feel they do a particularly good job of keeping the distancing/masking/cleaniliness at a high level even on busy days like Saturday. Sugarland or Memorial area would be ideal but open to others if they do a really great job. Any places to check out would be appreciated, there are no dietary restrictions.
