Just heard multiple gunshots in the galleria area

Anyone know the story about the guy that was pinned to the ground by HPD in front of the Chevron building/Old Enron building this morning downtown?

Driving to work this morning about 745am HPD had a guy cuffed and pinned to the ground/street on his face this morning. There were tons of HPD cars at the scene. Click2 doesn’t have anything on it, wondering if anyone knew what happened?
