I love coffee. Been making it for the last 10 years. Every day. I've gotten rather good at it. Recently purchased a Profitec Pro 500 and realized that I make better coffee than almost any other place I know. And I have tried plenty of cafes in Houston. Not bragging, just my opinion.

That brings me to the question. Has anyone worked at a Farmer's market? Specifically in Harris county? I did some preliminary research and it seems like I'll need to obtain a Vendor Certificate. I would love to buy lunch and meet for an hour or so if you're in the Houston area.
