Young is the size of a HS QB with an average arm and below average athleticism. Why should we believe he’ll change this franchise ?

I think it’s pretty clear what type of QB Mills. He’s the type of QB who needs everything around him good. He reminds me of a Jimmy G, Jared Goff type, where if the roster around him is good enough, you will win games. Only thing is those type of guys you moved on from eventually.
