Why is it so difficult to rent a house
I’ve been trying to rent a house for a month on my second realtor. I have bad credit but make more than 5X rent that I’m looking for and willing to put 2X deposit down but nothing. Before I had a realtor no one would call me back now that I have one seems like no one is even looking at my application. No broken lease and sold my house in February and I was even willing to pay 2200 for a 1600 sqft home. What website is best for finding for sale by owner?
