So my mom has been living at these apartments for a couple years now and today the maintenance man had a full stack of papers he was handing to each apartment. It was an eviction notice. I went online and saw the account has some back charges of utilities which were not there before and I asked my mom and she said she has not been receiving a water bill which I'm assuming they didn't send water bills out to residents in the apartments. I spoke to several neighbors and they each have a letter. I'm pretty sure this isn't legal I'm going to end up talking to an attorney but any ideas what they could be up to?
