Read MoreSo the spring semester has started at Sam houston and I’m a junior there I transferred from Lone Star because my GPA was .1 lower than 3.0 so didn’t even apply at university of houston but I’m now realizing texas tech GPA for transfer students is like 2.5. In the fall semester I took 3 classes so I’m not even sure if those would transfer over and now I’m taking 4 should I just apply for the fall semester at texas tech or is Sam Houston surpirior and what school is better and which school is more “prestigious” or looks better? I might need to retake a year and be out 10k but I rather have a better chance in the job market.
I’m a finance major asking which business school is better. SHSU or Texas tech?

So I vaccinated my German Shepherd the other day and they gave me this letter to send to the city of Houston called City of Houston animal way home registration. this is new to me because before I had another dog this wasn’t a thing. so what is? Is it necessary? Or is it just another way to get more money out of us? I’m honestly asking because it says that I have to send money to them. Do I have to do it? I live in rural house with a gate and metal fence she’s not getting out she gots an acre to play with so I have no need for this if it’s just for my pets to be able to come back home in case she gets lost. and what is the penalty if I don’t pay it?
