I've been working with the folks from Harris County Project Recover for over 3 years now and haven't seen one red cent of reimbursement as promised. All they are doing is employing people to pretend to process your paperwork for your payment. They don't actually help anyone except provide jobs for their employees and create revenue for the high paid lawyers in Austin. They have made a few payments years ago to appease the masses (they even got the local news to do stories on them) but that's it. To my knowledge no one else has been paid.
