Hi. I moved into a small townhouse (1500 sf) in midtown last year. With the temps recently, it's been taking about 3-4 hours to cool from high-80s or mid-90s down to 78 degrees. Does that sound right to you? I've had a few a/c guys and they say nothing is wrong with it. Also -- any suggestions on local a/c guys?
