Our dog got taken by someone yesterd – Guidance
Our dog got to the front yard yesterday as the wind prior the storm broke our side door to our driveway. My dog was out for 2 minutes and a guy driving a large white Ford SUV lured him into his car (Richmond Ave and Tanglewilde). He was driving away as my wife noticed Oliver was missing and came out to look for him. We have video evidence but can’t get a license plate out of it. We placed a police report and got flyers posted all over the place plus post online in Pawboost and such (all this before we got the video evidence of him being picked up). Is there anything else we can do to locate the individual? Are there specialists or professionals that do these sort of investigation and recoveries for living? My wife is devastated and I can’t help it but feel terrible about this too. It’s been 24 hours and we have not been called. Our dog was wearing a large red tag with his name and our phone number there. I can’t think of a reason why someone will do this. If any of you can share any guidance about doing something more to try to recover him I will appreciate it. Thanks fellow Houstonians. Edit:
