Is all of Houston getting ridiculously high water bills?
I don’t live in Kingwood but can see all their complaints on NextDoor and there’s been a toooon of people complaining their City of Houston water bills are abnormally high this billing cycle. ~$300-$1000 with most in the $600 range.
Is this really a city-wide thing? Is this just a Kingwood thing? I’m thinking maybe these folks were power watering their lawns during June’s drought and not bothering to pay attention to the amount of water they were using, but I’m in a MUD district so what do I know
