Read MoreI have a few beakers and other lab equipment that I don’t want to throw out in the garbage. I was thinking maybe a middle school or high school may want it?
I haven’t reached out to a school directly, but if anyone here is a teacher that will accept these items, let me know!
Also have some typical chemicals that are used in labs (Chemistry 1 lab kit). Doubt those can be donated, but if they can, let me know
Thanks!

He’s walking with a plastic bag filled with white powder and every few feet he’s dropping the powder. What’s it mean?

I was supposed to have my testing conducted at UHCL and of course could not do that. Does anyone know of any places in Houston that are open and evaluate adults? Thanks! submitted by /u/AstroHTXEdu [link] [comments]
Read MoreI’m making a educational video on a condition called hyperhidrosis. I’d like to do a super high level dive into thermal regulation and the sympathetic nervous system…but want to have an individual with expertise to talk through these topics. I’d also like to talk about a few treatments as well.
Let me know if this something you’d be interested in!
Thanks!

I’ve been watching crude and the energy sector for a bit now and it definitely has been the laggard in the market over the past year. I’m curious, if we’re seeing increasing layoffs in Houston or layoffs at all? A specific subset of the industry? (downstreams, upstreams, midstreams, EPCs, etc?)
I ask because I’m interested in working for a company that depends on the contracts from petrochemical companies
