I was one of the people who lost everything in Harvey. I almost lost my life but I was lucky enough to be rescued and I'll forever be grateful to those people. I used to get flashbacks, but that has gone away now. I still don't like seeing pictures from the storm, get anxious when it rains, and occasionally I have nightmares of drowning.

In addition to that, my family suffered terribly during the winter storm in 2021, too. On top of the Harvey PTSD, it was a difficult time.

Now this conservation notice from ERCOT has me on edge. I have a bad feeling. Somebody tell me something factual, but comforting.
