If you have a lease signed PRIOR to 2022, and they’ve asked you to pay an amenity fee, DON’T.
It’s NOT IN YOUR LEASE CONTRACT. They charged me an extra $80 for 3 months then I decided to actually read the paperwork regarding the “amenities” that I don’t use: 1) Fetch 2) Pest Control 3) ATT basic cable — IT’S NOT IN THE LEASE. -_-
I went to the office one day after reading my paper work thoroughly and the manager gave me snide ass smirk like “oh yea, it’s not there so you’re okay to pay $80 less.”
I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. Read your lease thoroughly people.
