I have read other posts here where users comment on the heat and nature of Houston drivers as to why one should avoid a motorcycle. I will be getting a place by Pearland. I can't really afford a car and need something reliable, as the cheaper cars with more miles are subject to engine issues. Transport to work is a must. Can I make do with a motorbike if it is to commute to the Pearland/Webster/Texas City region? What advice can you all give me? Thanks!
