Hey all, native Houstonian here.

I keep seeing news articles pop up about all these cities in Texas putting it on the ballot to decriminalize marijuana, so what gives? I thought Houston of all places would try to further the cause.

And before someone jumps in with "we already decriminalized it!" No, we didn't. The drug class diversion program applies to your --first offense only.-- If you get caught a second time, you are going to jail. That's not decriminalization.

I want real progress. Why are there no organizations making a move on this in Houston?
