How do y’all do it?
Hey Houstonians, I am in desperate need of advice. I’m a college student currently struggling with paying my bills, as I’ve been in the hospital for 2 weeks. I’m unable to pay my rent and utilities, I have a small emergency fund saved but not nearly enough to help with this. Does anyone know of any way I can make money right now? I’m an experienced chef, I’m not afraid of hard work, I will literally do anything from painting walls to cleaning toilets. I’ve looked at Texas rent relief, they aren’t taking anymore applications right now, tried taking online surveys for money, those take weeks to pay out. I’m leaning towards Instacart or wag but I still don’t think those will cut it. I’ve even pawned some of my valuables, looked into selling pics, applied for loans and grants. I’m so worried I’m going to be evicted and have nowhere to go. Please, please, any advice on what to do would much appreciated.
