A few years ago my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, Le Viet, on Westheimer closed. It had the perfect combination of deliciousness, cheapness, and accessibility. I'd order bun and they'd bring out this huge plate of noodles and and entire tray of sides and sauces. It was like $7. This may be why they're closed, come to think of it.

At any rate, I've been looking for a replacement and have found nothing but disappointment. Can anyone help out? I doesn't need to be cheap, it just needs to be good and the restaurant accommodating of non-Asian oafs like me.
