I’m filing my iFile protest for my property appraisal and there’s a new option this year (new rule created in Sept 2021) to pick either a single-member panel for ARB review or have the full three-member panel. I’ve never gotten to this stage, though I did virtually meet with the appraiser last year in the step right before the ARB and settled if anyone also wants to share experiences. What are your opinions on having a full three-member review board or single-member, and which do you think is better for people protesting on their own?

Asking price is $100 but will consider any offer. Selling on behalf of my family who can’t make it, will work with anyone willing to get the tickets transferred.
