I don’t want to get into specifics. But a teacher at our childrens’ school did something which was inexcusable (not illegal). The school has admitted as such and many parents are really pissed off. The principal is stating it’s really difficult to fire teachers because of unions, etc. HISD apparently knows about this issue.

What is the truth? How does one get fired? Reassigned? How strong are the unions?

We’ve spoken with the principle. Many families have. What else can be done?
