Hey everyone,

Any recommendations for a personal trainer in the 610 Loop? I'm looking for someone that will: * be there at the gym with me initially so I can build a habit of going; * focuses on both cardio and lifting heavy; and * create a nutrition plan for me.

I'm in the River Oaks area and would prefer to avoid anything more than 10-15 minutes away.
