I live in NYC. I took my now 7 yo daughter to her first NFL football game against the Jets in 2019 and paid 14 dollars for two tickets. She loved it because she got to yell a lot and the game was exciting. She is a future football fan but won't be if I walk away from the Texans. We need to rise up collectively and figure out a way to influence Cal McNair to get rid of Easterby. I believe the best way to do this is through collective action, i.e. buy up billboards in Houston, do whatever it takes. Getting a QB like Deshaun Watson is a once in a generation event, it cannot be squandered. I don't care if I have to send money to the Anti-Christ Joel Osteen so that he can convince Cal to keep Watson, I will fucking do it.

If they trade Watson to the Jets I will become a Jets fan. I will never buy a ticket to a Texans event. I will help fund billboards all over town, especially near whatever freeway exit Cal takes to get home, begging him to keep Watson and ditch Easterly. If he can do that, he deserves our support. Owning a football team and making it successful is probably one of the hardest endeavors one can attempt. If he trades Watson or keeps Watson without acknowledging he fucked up by making a promise to Watson he didn't keep, then I will never root for the Texans again. Unless they play Jacksonville or Indy.
