A potential trade and what I would do realistically.

DW4 to the panthers as well as a third round pick for CMC and two firsts. Before you get your panties in a bunch this seems reasonable to me and is actually a landing spot for DW4. We’re not getting 4 first round picks like the delusional fans like to think. You can only trade up to 3 years of draft capital as well. How would you feel about this trade? Why or why not? And please don’t just say “4 first round picks and 2 second round picks”. Not even BoB would offer that.

Zach Cunningham

I’m surprised we haven’t seen a post about this guy. Getting cut two weeks ago when he was solid for us. Now we’ll have dead cap because of his contract while the tits get to use him. Two of our solid players played last night and it was sad to see them thrive elsewhere. Omenihu has been playing well for the niners too. I know we’re in a rebuild year but we don’t need to give away everyone who has some talent.

Saleh or bust.

My wife and her family are niner fans. I watch their games because of it. Even with injuries to his starters he’s managed to have a top 5 defense because he knows how to use the players he has. This is huge when it comes to a coach. You don’t need all the big name talents. You don’t look for guys that fit your scheme. You change the scheme based on what you have and this guy does just that. With Watson advocating for tim Kelly he would be THE guy to be our HC. Watson and Kelly can run the offense and let Saleh run the defense how he sees fit. We spent too much time focusing on our offense when our defense has been neglected. Texans have been competitive in the past because of our defense and BoB neglecting it has made us mediocre at best. Defense wins championships and Saleh would be the best bet to get us competitive while DW4 is under center.
