The breach this fall got minimal media coverage, and the medical provider did nothing to contact me. I only found out about it when I got a notification from Capital One that my credit card application had been received (I didn't apply for a Capital One card).

I paid a service to scan the dark web, and lo and behold, it revealed my Social Security Number was released as part of this medical provider's data breach this fall.
