Unfortunately someone in my household tested positive for COVID-19 (fml) and my work said I cannot return until the 28th of this month. I absolutely need money to survive until then and I cannot seem to get my claim started online since I was on unemployment up until December of last year.

The website tells me to call them but no one ever answers, I've waited on hold for many hours (until my phone automatically disconnects after 3 hours) and I haven't heard anything from the emails I've sent them either.

Does anyone have any way of directly contacting someone within the unemployment department of TWC?
