The owner behind Tobiuo Sushi & Bar is slated to open another restaurant in Houston.

The project will remove and replace subgrade, curb and pavement, while adding striping, signs and back-of-curb restoration.

The area will be sold to BKR Memorial, the owners behind the Buffalo Heights District.

The new location is expected to have a different collection of items from the store’s Rice Village storefront.

The town hall meeting will be on Microsoft teams and will give Houstonians a chance to give input before a redistricting draft is made.

Mayor Sylvester Turner and District C Council Member Abbie Kamin were in attendance for the May 23 grand opening.

The home care agency will cater to many Houston neighborhoods, including Texas Medical Center, River Oaks, Greater Heights and West University Place.

Some Houstonians in need may be eligible to apply for an income pilot program.
