The incoming CEO recently led his previous company through a $1.25 billion acquisition.

The new CFO succeeds Correne Loeffler, who was hired last April to replace David O’Reilly after he was promoted to CEO of The Woodlands-based company in December 2020.

The lone finalist currently serves as the district’s chief of innovation and equity. Her appointment will make her the first Hispanic woman in the district’s history to hold the top leadership position.

The Houston airport joins the five-star ranks of 15 other airports worldwide.

She has served on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas’ board since 2019.

The former CFO of Frank’s International — which completed a merger last fall — has joined the board of directors for a different Houston-based company that works in the energy industry.

It’s a homecoming for the new managing partner, who grew up in the Fifth Ward area north of downtown Houston and hopes to find opportunities to serve his community.

Upgrades are also planned for the luxury mixed-use development, which was just built a few years ago.

If summer was the season of CEO turnovers, then fall was the season for CFO turnovers.
