The midstream master limited partnership’s CFO is leaving, but two other executives have been promoted.

Although U.S. News & World Report named Tilman Fertitta’s Post Oak Hotel No. 1 in Houston again, the hotel dropped on the Texas and national lists.

The new CEO previously served as the executive vice president of business development at Bryan, Texas-based Brazos Valley Economic Development Corp. and had been with the organization for over 15 years.

The hotel was one of two previously owned by the estate of the late George P. Mitchell, a well-known businessman and philanthropist who died in 2013 at the age of 94.

The couple has signed two pledges to give away their wealth to charity in their lifetime. At the time of publication, the couple’s lifetime giving totaled $1.46 billion.

He succeeds David Dickson, who had been president and CEO of McDermott since December 2013 and resigned abruptly in June 2021.
