According to a survey, Texas’ manufactured housing is facing worsening labor shortages, supply chain interruptions and increasing prices.

The two companies work to find opportunities to create integrated renewable energy supply and on-site storage solutions for consumers and properties managed by Dallas-based commercial real estate giant CBRE.

The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022 and is part of both companies’ strategic plans.
