The building will house offices for several Precinct 4 entities, such as the justice of the peace.

The meals will be available at no cost for all students with zero requirements for qualification.

Dr. Matt Duff will manage the practice, which will offer veterinary-centric care utilizing Fear Free techniques to the Katy area.

The school will be one of only 13 Texas universities accredited by the association.

The boutique features hundreds of vendors under one roof selling items including gifts, decor and clothing.

The restaurant was previously a tenant at the same location before shutting its doors in 2020.

The restaurant, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, is known for its unique tacos, spicy queso, daily drink specials and Lil’ Nookies.

The project is expected to cost approximately $335,000, according to a May 17 City Council meeting.

The ordinance aims to keep the area “historically accurate,” Council Member Rory Robertson said.
