Kingwood Pines Hospital will host a ribbon cutting and open house on Jan. 15 to celebrate the opening of Branches Kingwood, the hospital’s new location offering adult outpatient services.

According to information on the business’s website, the new gym is owned by Coach Tony Pineda, a two-time Olympian and a National Collegiate Athletics Association All American gymnast.

The 42,000-square-foot venue is designed for all ages and features 12 giant dry-slides as well as other attractions like sports air courts, zip lines, swings and trapezes.

First announced in February 2024, the newest location of The Woodlands-based pizzeria will offer Chicago-style thin-crust pizzas as well as calzones, pasta, salads and sandwiches.
