The restaurant is expected to open in December at the TransMed Health and Wellness Center.

The building was move-in ready at sale time.

Two contested races are also underway for positions on the Willis ISD board of trustees.

Meanwhile, Paulette Traylor garnered the most votes for Position 2 and Charles (Coach) Perry Sr. earned the most votes for Position 6.
