Houston Premium Outlets announced in a Feb. 22 news release the mall is welcoming several new tenants this spring. 

The project is the first major development in Bridgeland Central, which will ultimately be a “downtown urban hub for the community.”

The facility will offer mental health and substance abuse treatment for patients age 12 and older for conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and co-occurring disorders. 

“There is a growing need in our community due to the number of motor vehicle accidents as well as violent crimes. Unfortunately, those are things that we face every day now, so there’s a growing need for blood donations to help serve the community….

Officials with Cy-Fair Helping Hands announced in a Feb. 22 news release the nonprofit will soon relocate from 9606 Kirkton Drive, Houston. 

Senate Avenue Brewing Co. took home a gold medal for their House District 138 Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout at the 2024 Texas Craft Brewers Cup, according to a Feb. 19 news release.

The finalists were announced in January and then a panel of judges determined the winners.  

The Chick-fil-A located at Fairfield Towne Center in Cypress is slated to temporarily close Feb. 27 for a drive-thru remodel.

The menu features classic pizzas and more than 15 specialty pizzas made with India-inspired ingredients, including the curry chicken masala pizza, curry veggie delight pizza, barbecue paneer pizza and tandoori chicken pizza.
