All Cy-Fair ISD students taking classes virtually and in-person are eligible for free meals through Dec. 31.

Cy-Fair ISD Chief Financial Officer Karen Smith said the owner of a home valued at $200,000 would see their tax bill go down by an average of $20 this year with this proposed tax rate.
