More than 450,000 customers are without power due to the storm.

As of 6:37 p.m. Sept. 14, more than 120,000 remaiined without power across the Greater Houston area.

Before- and after-school activities have also been canceled for Sept. 14.

Classes are canceled, and there is no virtual instruction expected for Sept. 14.

The meetings will be held Oct. 16, 19 and 28.

The 238-acre development is being jointly developed by M/I Homes and Johnson Development Services.

The master-planned community will feature more than 600 homes on 40-foot-wide homesites.
