Pastel Pizza, a Venezuelan fast-casual eatery, will open its second permanent Katy location this spring, said co-owner Rosa Revilla.

A new restaurant offering authentic south Indian cuisine is now open in Katy. 

A representative for the Tex-Mex eatery said managers were inviting area residents to dine at the new Lupe Tortilla before an official grand opening—which is set to occur at the end of March or early April. 

Chardon promises a warm, relaxed ambience and a menu that features French cuisine through the lens of Texas.
