A new dessert shop has opened in Katy, adding to the list of businesses selling sweets that opened in the area throughout 2023.

Its menu includes Japanese fare, such as nigiri, sushi rolls, shrimp tempura and ramen.

Four newly opened restaurants in the Bellaire, Meyerland, and West University areas offer cuisines from around the world, according to trends Community Impact staff identified through monthly Impacts section reporting in 2023.

Main Street Pharmacy offers diabetic screenings, immunizations, health screenings, medication flavoring, specialty vitamins and medical equipment.
