Houston-based designer and brand Christy Lynn has a limited-time pop-up retail space at the upscale River Oaks District shopping center, representatives said. 

Braids of Katy, initially established in summer 2022, has relocated to a permanent space in the Katy-area, co-owner Marneisha Walker confirmed.

The owners of Amrina in The Woodlands and newly opened Pok Pok Po— which opened in December, are opening another Houston Midtown concept called Bol in early 2025. 

Laserzone was one of the first entertainment centers in Sugar Land when it opened in December 1998, while also being one of the largest dedicated laser tag facilities in the state, said founder Gary Wilhide. 

Another Houston-area Peach Cobbler Factory franchise is opening in Pearland in early 2025, representatives confirmed via Facebook. 

Burger Bodega, a Houston smash burger restaurant with beginnings as a pop-up concept, will expand with a second location in Katy.
