Authentic Katsu

Does anyone know of any good quality, authentic pork or chicken katsu in Houston? I'm talking nama panko, decent quality meat, good frying techniques, etc. I've been to Krazy Katsu, and it was good but not exactly what I was looking for. I had the best katsu of my life in Korea, and I think about it daily (lmao). I know nothing will be as good as what I had in Asia, but I was hoping to come as close as I can. Thank you!
