Attorneys for consumer law in Houston?

I’m broke but I don’t qualify as a low-income individual because I get paid enough. I just have a lot of debt so I know I don’t qualify for low-income services. Can someone please recommend an attorney that would be willing to help me with my case and allow me to pay in installments? It’s for deceptive car sale. I spoke to an attorney and they think I have a case but I can’t pay the upfront fee of $1500.
