AT&T maintenance waste left with me

I live inside the loop. Today as I was leaving my house I noticed an AT&T crew doing work on a junction pole across the street. When I returned I found they had put all the old waste cable in my kerbside bin. I find this unprofessional and downright lazy – they should be removing maintenance waste themselves. It has occupied a lot of my bin space which was already overflowing. I tried calling AT&T numerous times and for the life of me can’t get a hold of an actual person to talk to! Exasperated, I am contemplating taking the waste cable and dumping it into the AT&T store located near me. My wife thinks this is petty but I am irked by the gall of the person who found it acceptable to dump it on us and make it our problem. Thoughts on taking it to the store???
