AT&T Fiber Outage in Summerwood Area: 3 days and counting

Anyone have any information on this? Weather's been great, but internet was cut out around 4:30PM on Sunday and has yet to return. Calling AT&T doesn't give any info. With the outage map showing an area this large, I'd figure that it should be affecting thousands of people, but everything has been radio silent and I'm slowly losing my mind.
