AT&T Fiber – No internet for 4 weeks?

Anyone else experiencing internet outages, particularly in the 77080 area?

Just got 5G fiber service in a new home and internet was fantastic (almost 3GB upload and download), fastest I've ever seen. Worked for about a week until it suddenly went out on the 30th of January, has not been fixed since. No broadband connection for 4 weeks.

Have been calling AT&T constantly, only to get told basically that "it's up to the engineering department now" and that no one has any way to get in contact with that department. Extremely frustrating.

Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this or if this is a widespread issue.
