AT&T Cell Service Quality?

Greetings, just moved to Houston. I wanted to know if anyone has any opinions on AT&T cell service in Houston and the customer service in general. I have Verizon right now and of course the coverage works great 95% of the time but I hate the support and the price is outrageous. Thanks in advance.
